Job Summary
Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing comprehensive nursing evaluations, initiating care plans, and supervising daily resident activities. Coordinate assignments with care partners to maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction while actively incorporating the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care." This part-time role includes Saturday shifts from 6p-6a with a $2-$3 shift differential. Current RN licensure, CPR certification, and experience in senior care or sub-acute settings are required, though new grads are welcome.
