Job Summary
Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate care plans as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability. Incorporate the organization's "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" into daily duties. This part-time role requires a current RN license and CPR certification, with senior care experience preferred.
