Job Summary
Part-Time Days Registered Nurse (RN) position at Solaris HealthCare Zephyrhills. Responsibilities include Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents; Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians; Medication administration; adherence to infection control and center policies; collaborating with the resident’s interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes; identifying and reporting abnormal changes in residents’ condition per center policy. Qualifications include a Florida RN license and CPR Certification; one year of nursing experience preferred.
