Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment while supporting daily clinical operations to ensure quality and safety. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions for status changes, and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members. Communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs and document all activities to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. This part-time role includes 6AM-6PM shifts at Crestview Specialty Care in West Branch, IA, with competitive hourly wages plus shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in good standing
- License must be valid within the state of Iowa, or ability to activate
- Current, valid CPR Certification
- Knowledge of federal and state long-term care regulations and laws
