Job Summary
Ensure a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate care plans as needed and supervise resident care in coordination with care partners. Maintain accountability for resident care and satisfaction across day (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM) and evening (3:45 PM - 11:15 PM) shifts. Requires current RN license, CPR certification, and preferred senior care experience.
