Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate plans of care as needed and supervise resident care, developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability. Incorporate the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" into daily duties. Schedule includes Saturdays 6p-6a. Current RN license, CPR certification, and prior senior care or skilled nursing experience required; new grads welcome.
