Job Summary
Ensure a safe environment for residents while performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and initiating care plans. Coordinate assignments with care partners to maintain accountability for resident satisfaction and actively supervise resident care. Incorporate the organization's Philosophy for Person-Directed Care into daily operations. Schedule involves Saturday shifts from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. with pay ranging from $40 to $48 per hour plus a shift differential. Current RN licensure and CPR certification are required, with senior care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
Desired Qualifications
- Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
