Job Summary
Ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors by performing comprehensive nursing evaluations, assessments, and initiating plans of care. Supervise resident care while developing assignments in coordination with care partners to maintain accountability for resident satisfaction. Incorporate the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care" into daily practice to meet total nursing needs. Requires current RN license and CPR certification, with senior care or skilled nursing experience preferred. Day shifts run 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM; evening shifts run 3:45 PM to 11:15 PM. Required Qualifications
