Registered Nurse RN Part Time

Job Summary
Deliver individualized, one-on-one nursing care in the home, conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate physical, emotional, and environmental needs. Provide skilled interventions including wound care, infusions, catheter care, and medication management tailored to patient goals. Educate patients and caregivers on symptom and medication management while monitoring progress to prevent hospitalizations. Coordinate care across providers and complete accurate documentation supporting quality outcomes. Requires an active RN license with one year of clinical experience, a current driver's license, and CPR certification. Part-time schedule available with competitive pay and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Holds an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- at least one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Is patient‐focused, organized, and motivated by delivering high-quality care
- Has a current driver's license
- Has reliable transportation
- Has auto insurance
- Is CPR certified
- able to obtain certification (CPR)
