Job Summary
Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, develop nursing care plans, and administer medications per state regulations and facility protocols. Maintain medical records, document controlled substance counts, and ensure physicians' verbal orders are transcribed appropriately. Coordinate unit activities, communicate therapeutically with patients and interdisciplinary teams, and resolve customer complaints regarding physical, biopsychosocial, and cultural needs. Complete admission and discharge processing while demonstrating universal precautions and maintaining professional boundaries. Assist the DON/CNO with directing and supervising nursing operations for assigned units. Work in a brand new facility with cutting-edge technology, offering professional growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing
- Must possess a current Registered Nurse (RN) license as required by the state of employment or be eligible to practice nursing in accordance with state requirements
- One year of nursing experience
- CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification
- First aid

- previous psychiatric, mental, behavioral, or substance use nursing experience
