Registered Nurse (RN) - Part-Time 11P-7A

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing care for residents requiring long-term and/or rehabilitation services. Deliver direct patient care while implementing individualized plans of care and evaluating resident responses. Supervise care provided by other nursing personnel and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Maintain accurate documentation, ensure equipment maintenance, and uphold confidentiality in compliance with facility policies and the Nurse Practice Act. Works rotating shifts, holidays, and weekends as scheduled. This role supports a team-oriented environment focused on personalized care within a 120-bed skilled nursing facility.
