Job Summary
Conduct client assessments to develop individual care plans and provide primary care in collaboration with healthcare professionals. Deliver holistic person-centred care to children, youth, adults, and seniors across home visits, clinics, and community outreach. Manage complex clinical tasks including wound care, IV therapy, dialysis, medication administration, and palliative end-of-life support. This part-time 0.8 role requires a personal vehicle, current driver's license, and insurance. Candidates must hold a valid provincial RN license and pass a criminal records check. Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the province of practice
- Must enjoy driving
- Must have a personal vehicle
- Must possess both a current driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- A satisfactory Criminal Records Check is required
- A Vulnerable Sector Search and/or Child Abuse Registry Check may also be necessary
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- This role requires a detail-oriented approach in a dynamic environment
- This role requires physical activity including lifting, carrying (using proper techniques), bending, reaching, kneeling, and other movements that emphasize good body mechanics
- Individuals in the role are required to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs throughout the day
- Some tasks require fine hand movements
