Job Summary
PACU Registered Nurse provides direct, safe patient care in the Post-anesthesia Care Unit as part of an interdisciplinary team. Focuses on applying the nursing process, coordinating care for complex patients, and guiding improvements in clinical practice. Participates in unit-based councils and Nursing Quality Teams, supports patient experience and nurse satisfaction initiatives, and mentors others as needed. Requires Georgia RN licensure and ADN or Diploma; BSN preferred. Minimum 1 year RN experience; shift is 9p-7a, Monday-Friday. Demonstrates leadership, evidence-based practice, and team collaboration to achieve clinical outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as an RN in Georgia
- Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience
