Job Summary
Conduct safe, therapeutic critical care and patient care coordination within the PACU float pool environment. Deliver patient and family-centered interactions while utilizing standards, guidelines, and pathways for care delivery. Provide direction and guidance to others by serving as a resource, preceptor, and mentor to support team collaboration and continuous practice improvement.
