Job Summary
Provide patient care for adult medical patients using the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinate patient care with other departments while adhering to Mercy Service Standards. Gain experience with frequent monitoring, thoughtful care planning, and multidisciplinary teamwork on this Med Surg 5E unit. Work the night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, full-time, 36 hours per week. Experienced nurses receive up to $10,000 sign-on bonus; new graduates receive up to $5,000.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Nursing Diploma
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Compact licensure in accordance with state board of nursing regulations
