Registered Nurse RN Overnight Shift Hospital Unit Sign on Bonus

Provide patient care for adult medical patients using the nursing process, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Manage respiratory infections and complex care planning through multidisciplinary teamwork, utilizing strong clinical skills in patient assessment and time management. This night shift role (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) is full-time at 36 hours per week. Experienced nurses receive up to $10,000 in a sign-on bonus, while new graduates receive up to $5,000.
