Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Wound Care Clinic

The RN OP Wound Care/HBO provides evidence-based clinical nursing care in an outpatient wound care setting, including wound assessment, management and coordination of care. May function as HRN supervising HBO chamber activities under direction of HBO physician; duties may include intake/wrap-up with potential advancement to case manager. Additional training for HBO is available within the role. Requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing and multi-state licensure; UHMS HBO Team Training may be required for HRN. Demonstrates respect and empathy to patients and families; collaborates with licensed and unlicensed team members. Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience; knowledge of basic wound care principles. Possible dual role as Hyperbaric Registered Nurse (HRN). FLSA status: Non-Exempt.
