Registered Nurse RN Outpatient Prep and Recovery

PACU Registered Nurse role delivering high-quality, patient-centered post-operative care in collaboration with surgical and anesthesia teams. Responsibilities include airway management, monitoring neurological and cardiac status, wound care, timely response to complications, documenting patient changes, and educating patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up. Role features on-call availability during select non-business hours, with staffing support from CNA/PCTs and RN float pool; opportunities for leadership input and participation in evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
