Registered Nurse (RN) - Outpatient Infusion Therapy - West Ashley Cancer Center

Delivers patient care utilizing the nursing process through data collection, assessment, and evaluation of outcomes. Coordinates and directs patient teaching activities while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement plans of care. Administers medications safely and serves as the point of contact for care coordination across hospital departments. Acts as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives. Requires at least one to two years of nursing experience, with oncology experience highly preferred. Scheduled for 32 weekly hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 6:30pm, with every fourth weekend off.
