Registered Nurse (RN), Outpatient Infusion, Greensboro Medical Center

Provide outpatient infusion nursing care using the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate patient care. Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, administer medications and therapies as required by clinical protocols, and collaborate with the care team to influence outcomes. Maintain accurate EHR documentation, uphold safety and ethical standards, and participate in professional development. May float to other units within the service area; requires strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills to support patients and families across the continuum of care.
