Registered Nurse (RN) (Outpatient Infusion Center)

Administer culturally sensitive nursing care to assigned patients in the Outpatient Infusion Center, including oncology, blood transfusions, and specialty infusions. Evaluate patient outcomes through nursing-sensitive indicators and participate in unit conferences to drive quality improvement. Provide life-span education, support students and new staff as a preceptor, and float between units for 1:1 patient observation when necessary. Recognize and act immediately on medication variances, adverse reactions, and changes in patient condition. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, two years of chemotherapy infusion experience, ONS certification, and a current NJ RN license.
