Job Summary
Registered Nurse in Outpatient Infusion Oncology at Banner MD Anderson Cancer Center in Gilbert, AZ. As an RN in the Infusion Center, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for oncology patients undergoing infusion therapy, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure high-quality patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings. The role involves discharge planning, documentation, adherence to standards of professional nursing practice, patient education, and supporting ongoing quality improvement. The position requires an active RN license, BLS, and relevant oncology/infusion experience; preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and professional certification. Schedule is 40 hours per week with one weekend shift per month, located at Banner Gateway/MD Anderson Gilbert campus. Banner Health is Magnet-recognized and committed to nursing excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice (or temporary/interim/license in state of practice)
- BLS certification
- Experience in acute care hospital setting (minimum 1 year for Banner Registry and Travel roles)
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card where applicable to role locations
- Driver's license and auto insurance for Home Health setting (where applicable)
