Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Allergy & Immunology

Job Summary
Assess patients by obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists, then perform allergy testing and administer subcutaneous, intradermal, intramuscular, biologic, and immunotherapy injections. Monitor patients for adverse reactions, educate them on treatment plans, and collaborate closely with providers during examinations and procedures. Accurately document care in the EHR, assist with phone triage, and cross-train in front office operations including scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and obtaining CT authorizations. Travel between clinic locations in Centennial, Lakewood, or Castle Rock as needed. Full-time, 40-hour schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
- Experience administering injections and medications
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between multiple clinic locations within the assigned region
Desired Qualifications
- Two or more years of nursing experience
- Outpatient, allergy, ENT, pulmonary, family practice, or primary care experience
- Experience with allergy immunotherapy, biologic medications, or infusion/injection therapy
- Experience using NextGen, Epic, Athena, or similar electronic health records
