Job Summary

Assess patients by obtaining vital signs, medical histories, and medication lists, then perform allergy testing and administer subcutaneous, intradermal, biologic, and immunotherapy injections. Monitor patients for adverse reactions, educate them on treatment plans and home care, and collaborate closely with providers during examinations. Perform spirometry, document care in the EHR, assist with phone triage, and cross-train in front office duties including scheduling, payments, and CT authorizations. Travel between Lakewood and Castle Rock clinic locations daily. Requires active RN license, one year clinical experience, and willingness to work Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
  • Minimum one (1) year of clinical nursing experience
  • Experience administering injections and medications
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient education skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel between multiple clinic locations within the assigned region
  • Must be willing to cross-train in front office responsibilities to support full-cycle clinic operations
  • Scheduling patient appointments
  • Collecting patient payments
  • Supporting treatment coordination, including enrolling patients in their treatment of choice
  • Obtain CT authorizations

Desired Qualifications

  • Two or more years of nursing experience
  • Outpatient, allergy, ENT, pulmonary, family practice, or primary care experience
  • Experience with allergy immunotherapy, biologic medications, or infusion/injection therapy
  • Experience using NextGen, Epic, Athena, or similar electronic health records
