Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) at Otterbein SeniorLife provides direct care to residents, coordinates, supervises and evaluates resident care, supports safety for residents and nursing staff, and communicates with nursing and other departments to maintain high-quality, person-centered care. The role involves collaborating with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring compassionate, professional care, and supporting residents and families across settings such as skilled nursing, home health, or hospice. Required qualifications include graduation from an approved nursing program, an Ohio RN license, CPR certification, with 6 months of direct care nursing experience preferred. Position offers full-time days, part-time nights and PRN with a starting wage of $35/hour plus a $3 shift differential, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications

- Licensure: Valid Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license, CPR
- Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
