Job Summary
Assess patient status, provide care for patients with medical and surgical diagnoses, and implement clinical nursing interventions. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and evaluate patient conditions. Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance outcomes, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment while adhering to state practice policies. This entry-level Med-Surg Registered Nurse role is located in the Orthopedic Unit at St. Francis Eastside. New Grad RNs may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000, while those with specialty experience could qualify for up to $7,500.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
