Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex terminology. Collaborate with medical providers using the Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage model to advocate for patients and ensure positive clinical outcomes.
