Job Summary
Assess and reassess health care needs of orthopedic, spine, and low-level cardiac patients; analyze findings to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes. Provide interventions to achieve care goals using evidence-based practice, regulations, and policy while evaluating patient outcomes and discharge needs. Maintain current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) training. Night shift with evening, weekend, and night differentials. Join a 32-bed Ortho/Spine unit certified by the Joint Commission for Hip Replacement, Knee Replacement, and Hip Fx.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associate's degree (ADN)
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training
- Basic Life Support (BLS) retraining
- Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN)
- Previous experience in healthcare field
