Registered Nurse (RN) - Ortho Spine - Nights

Assess and reassess the health care needs of orthopedic, spine, and low-level cardiac patients on a 32-bed unit. Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, then implement evidence-based interventions to achieve care goals. Evaluate patient outcomes and discharge needs while coordinating with patients, families, and healthcare providers. Maintain current Oklahoma Registered Nurse licensure and Basic Life Support certification, completing the Nurse Residency Program if new to the team.
