Registered Nurse (RN) - Ortho Spine - Days

Assess and reassess the health care needs of orthopedic patients, including those in Hip Replacement, Knee Replacement, and fracture care units. Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, then implement evidence-based interventions to achieve care goals. Evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge to recognize problems and reach sound conclusions. Assess discharge needs related to the plan of care utilizing resources as needed. Maintain current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) training throughout employment. New grads must complete the Nurse Residency Program.
