Registered Nurse (RN) - Ortho Neuro Trauma - Day/Midnights

Conduct comprehensive nursing care for adult patients with complex fractures and traumatic brain injuries on a 35-bed surgical inpatient unit. Manage diverse patient needs across semi-private and private rooms, utilizing the on-unit gym for physical therapy integration. Maintain a full-time flex rotating schedule of 72 hours per pay, covering 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. shifts, with weekends and holidays expected. Hold a current Registered Nursing license and an Associate Degree in Nursing, with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years. Maintain BLS certification and preferred ACLS certification.
