Registered Nurse RN Ortho

RN Ortho Neuro responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient orthopedic-neurology setting. Responsibilities include assessing the patient on admission and each shift, administering prescribed medications, monitoring therapeutic response, and promptly reporting changes. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures; ensure understanding by translating medical terminology. Thorough documentation of care administration in the medical record. Collaborates with medical providers and care team to ensure outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes; adheres to established nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, Manage).
