Registered Nurse (RN)

Ensure hospice patients are comfortable and forge compassionate, meaningful connections with their loved ones while guiding them through the end-of-life journey. Provide bedside autonomy to make care decisions and educate families on palliative, comfort-focused options rather than curative treatments. Conduct 4-6 daily visits to private residences or assisted living facilities, then meet weekly with interdisciplinary teams including social workers and physicians for holistic support. Maintain patient welfare as the central priority while demonstrating commitment, compassion, and a can-do attitude.
