Registered Nurse (RN or LPN) - Care Center

Review CNA assignments, supervise and direct CNAs, and assess residents through observation, conversation, and physical evaluation. Administer medications, assist with activities of daily living, and coordinate the resident care team while documenting findings and reporting changes to physicians. Arrange emergency or outpatient services as needed and follow facility policies, physician orders, and state guidelines. Full-time day shift position in Afton, WY with 160 hours of PTO, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a 6% retirement match.
