Job Summary
Night shift RN or LPN opportunity in Chester, WV. Provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting, including assessing resident needs, coordinating care, supervising nursing staff, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining compliance with nursing standards and facility policies. Duties include communicating with physicians and families, participating in care planning and documentation, responding to emergencies, and promoting safety and quality care. Competitive starting hourly wages based on experience with $15,000 sign-on bonus for RNs and $10,000 for LPNs, plus night shift and Weekend Warrior opportunities with shift differentials.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in West Virginia
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- CPR certification is required
