Job Summary
Delivers Nursing Care by developing nursing diagnoses and care objectives; provides physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families; reviews physician prescriptions and communicates the nursing care plan to the care team; develops and executes nursing care plans, educates patients and families on conditions and self-care; ensures infection-control and safety standards; documents patient care and maintains equipment and supplies; collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes; requires flexibility to rotate days/evenings/nights/weekends and to work in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of practice
- Active LPN license in the state of practice
- Board of Nursing licensing as applicable
- Ability to perform essential nursing duties including nursing care planning, patient assessment, medication administration, documentation, and coordination with healthcare team
- Experience: 1-3 years preferred in a clinical environment
