Job Summary
Deliver professional nursing care, assessments, and evaluations to residents while reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating care plans with the healthcare team. Develop nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories, examining residents, and defining interventions; teach self-care skills to residents and families; and evaluate care outcomes against standards. Maintain a safe environment by adhering to infection-control protocols, medication administration procedures, and controlled substance regulations. Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers; direct nursing assistant workflow; and ensure resident care equipment and supplies are operational. Work the specified shift schedule of 6:00am-6:30pm, rotating every three weeks, with eligibility for sign-on bonuses and student loan repayment.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
- The individual must be able to work the hours specified
- having visual acuity adequate to perform position duties
