Job Summary
Assess residents' needs, develop and follow individual care plans, and administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Direct, train, and mentor CNAs on your team while ensuring quality care through nursing processes. Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges, and communicate resident status changes to physicians, staff, and family members. Investigate and document incidents, report suspected abuse, and push/pull 30 pounds of force for medication carts and resident transport. Document appropriately in PCC. Work the 3rd shift from 10:00pm to 6:00am. Requires current Indiana RN license and CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Current Indiana RN License
- Current CPR certification
- Push/pull 30 pounds of force required to move medication carts and to transport residents in wheelchairs
