Registered Nurse (RN) - OR General Surgery

Develop a plan of care using the nursing process to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families in the OR General Surgery unit. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies. Utilize IV skills and customer service principles to address patient and family requirements under the direction of the Nurse Manager. Maintain current CT RN licensure and BLS certification, with ACLS required for designated areas. On-call rotation required; sign-on bonus offered.
