Registered Nurse (RN) - OR General Surgery

Assess, plan, intervene, document, and evaluate patients using the nursing process to provide direct and indirect care based on assigned areas. Develop unique education and care plans for each patient while providing appropriate support to family members. Utilize judgment and knowledge to direct ancillary staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining confidentiality, and addressing age-specific needs for comfort and privacy. Complete annual competency requirements specific to the area of responsibility.
