Registered Nurse (RN) - OR General Surgery

Registered Nurse (RN) in OR General Surgery provides patient-centered care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams under the Nurse Manager. Utilizes the nursing process to develop and implement a plan of care that addresses the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families. Adheres to the State Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies; requires current CT RN license and BLS upon hire; BSN/MSN and CNOR preferred with experience in the relevant clinical area. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a high-stress environment.
