Registered Nurse (RN) - OR Ambulatory PACU

Implement and monitor patient care plans while assessing physical, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and age-related needs to provide individualized care. Coordinate all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care, noting and carrying out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate discharge planning needs with the healthcare team, participate in daily interdisciplinary rounds, and delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel consistent with their education and expertise. Reflect ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, Code of Ethics, and Social Policy Statement. Develop, implement, and revise individualized plans of care while participating in professional growth activities. Requires current CT RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification. Day/eve coverage with weekend and holiday requirements.
