Job Summary
Registered Nurse opportunities in Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties for Visiting Nurse Services Westchester (VNSW). Nurses deliver high-quality home health services, assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and coordinating care in patients' homes in collaboration with patients and health-team members. Eligible for a generous benefits package for work 21+ hours, with a competitive hourly wage ($55.70–$66.05/hr) and sign-on bonus options. Territories include Central and Northern Westchester. Must hold NY RN license and have at least 1 year of relevant home health/medical-surgical experience; driving required; Oasis experience preferred. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, education reimbursement up to $15,000, pension, and tax-advantaged retirement plans.
Required Qualifications
- License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of New York
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an RN or LPN in home healthcare or Medical/Surgical program such as critical care, ER, Wound care and similar types of specialties
- Ability to drive with automobile in good working condition and available for use in the field
- Experience with Oasis assessments is preferred
- Professional liability insurance in the amount specified by VNSW
