Job Summary
Coordinate pre- and post-operative patient assessments and monitor vital signs during procedures, intervening as needed. Prepare the operating room with sterile equipment and collaborate with surgeons and anesthesiologists to execute surgical plans. Document patient care accurately in electronic health records while supporting the surgical team. This 13-week travel/contract position in Greensboro, NC offers premium pay at 13% above market, comprehensive insurance from day one, and paid housing or stipends. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, valid NC RN license, and BLS/ACLS certifications with at least one year of recent hospital-based nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications
- Valid RN license in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of recent hospital-based nursing experience
- Ability to work multiple shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
