Job Summary
Deliver skilled, high-quality patient care for medical, surgical, pediatric, and correctional unit patients by planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating nursing practice. Demonstrate critical thinking, technical skill, initiative, and compassionate judgment while functioning as a role model and mentor to others in professional nursing practice. Provide expertise in the care of critically ill patients and actively participate in hospital and unit activities focused on improving patient care and organizational standards. Full-time role with call rotation available.
