Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room, Per Diem

Monitor surgical cases for continued sterility and support the surgical team from outside the sterile field while ensuring patient safety and positive outcomes. Conduct thorough intra-operative documentation, case setup, and preparation adhering to AORN standards. Perform all aspects of patient care, including assessing symptoms, planning interventions, and evaluating responses to treatment. Assist in minor procedures and educate patients and families based on learning needs. Clean the environment before, during, and after cases per guidelines. Work variable days into evening hours M-F with no regular holiday or weekend hours at a small critical access hospital. Requires NH RN licensure, ACLS, BLS, and CNOR certification.
