Registered Nurse, RN - Operating Room, OR Per Diem

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care needs of designated patients in the Operating Room, collaborating with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and residents to deliver safe, seamless surgical care. Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize advanced clinical judgment to manage complex patient populations across specialties including transplant, trauma, and vascular surgery. Document all interventions, coordinate discharge planning, and participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives. Work autonomously in a fast-paced academic environment with irregular hours, supporting continuous learning and professional development within a Magnet® designated organization.
