Registered Nurse, OR Per Diem at Tufts Medical Center. In this role, the OR RN provides professional nursing care in the Operating Room for highly acute and complex patient populations across specialties including transplant, trauma, robotics, vascular, orthopedic, thoracic, ENT, neurosurgery, and cardiovascular surgery. The role emphasizes autonomous nursing care within the perioperative team, collaboration with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, residents and fellows, and adherence to evidence-based practice.
