Registered Nurse (RN)- Operating Room (OR)

Assess patient conditions, develop and evaluate individualized plans of care, and delegate care according to established protocols. Conduct clinical rounds, administer medications, operate equipment, and perform procedures including pre/post-operative care while monitoring infection control standards. Document all interventions, vital signs, and patient responses on admission assessments, progress notes, and transfer evaluations. Provide patient and family education, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and attend staff meetings and clinical conferences. Perform charge nurse and preceptor duties as assigned.
