Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) to support Oncology/Acute Care in Wellstar Kennestone. Provides individualized, high-quality patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team; must be licensed to practice in Georgia (RN or multi-state Compact) and maintain required certifications (BLS). Role supports governance models and evidence-based practice within a clinical environment. Shift variety; opportunities to engage early in Oncology nurse roles, with unit leadership guidance and emphasis on patient- and family-centered care.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree in nursing or nursing diploma; Nursing bachelor’s degree preferred; RN license (GA or RN-COMPACT multi-state); BLS certification; Completion of accredited nursing program; less than 1 year of direct patient care experience; RN competencies aligned with Georgia Nurse Practice Act and ANA Code of Ethics.
